Rustica de Nopal
A unique salad with chopped onion, cilantro, tomato, queso fresco and it’s feature ingredient: nopales (noh-PAH-lays), fleshy oval leaves of the prickly pear cactus that are pale to dark green. Nopales have a delicate, slightly tart veggie flavor. Served with a special vinaigrette.

Carnitos de Puerco
Slow cooked tender porkloin with garlic, chopped onions, and herbs then pulled and carmelized in the oven.

Frijoles Refritos
Refried pinto beans cooked with copped onion, garlic, epazote and spices.

Arroz Mexicano
Mexican rice cooked with sliced onions, garlic, tomatoes and spices.

A refreshing cold salad tossed with tender pulled beef, mixed greens, avocado, tomato, red onion, cilantro, vinegar & olive oil.

Ceviche Sinaloense
Shrimp marinated in lime juice tossed with jalapeño, cucumber, red onion, tomato, avocado.

A traditional stir-fry dish from Chihuahua cooked with Mexican chorizo, beef tenderloin, bacon, red, green & yellow bell peppers, garlic, and Negra Modelo beer.

Corn kernels roasted in chipotle butter, garlic, onion, and epazote, topped with queso fresco.

Frijoles Puercos
Native to sinaloa, these beans are refried and cooked with bacon, ham, chorizo, chopped onion, and chipotle, topped with queso fresco.

Arroz Con Leche
Rice pudding with a touch of cinnamon and raisins.
